Best Western Hotel Continental

The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we asked if we could check in earlier than the arranged time, it was no problem and the room was already ready. At the reception we were told that our parkingspace was also ready and that we could park there immedeatly. Our was a bit cramped for 3 people but still very comfortable and completely adequate for an overnight stay. Since we could not book the breakfast option via booking.com it was no problem to add it to our stay at the reception. The breakfast itself was very tasty and had a vast selection of very delicious italian pastries. Even tho we could get a coffee by ourselves the waiter offered us fresh cappucino and for our son a hot chocolate (that was very kind ;) ) All in all, we had a very nice overnight stay.

The family room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is not carpeted which is a big plus. The room is at not facing the busy street and is quiet at night. But unfortunately on Friday and Saturday, there were some public concerts that last till midnight. Location is ok, close to city center, perfect as a day trip to close by villages.

The hotel was fine, but the room was a bit cramped. For example, getting into the shower meant squeezing past the sink into a tiny shower stall. The hotel staff were friendly and excellent, and breakfast was OK.

Good location although a bit of a walk to the city centre (around 30-40 mins). Plenty around if you didn’t want to venture in. Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and very professional.

Friendly reception even late in the evening. You have guaranteed normal parking, shower, bed and cartoons after long way driving and expected breakfast in the morning, with hot eggs and Italian coffee at least. It calms. Nice look of the building.
